Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your tree. Just email us at abdullah_vahora2020@outlook.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the tree back, or arrange for us to collect it if you're within 25 miles of Luton.

The tree must be unused and returned in its original box with all its parts. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We'll refund the price of the tree to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back.

Damaged or faulty items

If your tree arrives damaged, or any lights or parts are faulty, please email us with a photo as soon as you can. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return costs.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
