Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. "We", "us" and "our" means Nordmann & Co, 187 Waller Avenue, Luton, LU4 9RS, United Kingdom. Contact: abdullah_vahora2020@outlook.com.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched or is ready to collect. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there's an error in its price or description, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

2. Our products

All our trees and wreaths are brand-new and boxed. We've done our best to describe and photograph each one accurately. Some lifestyle images show the tree styled in a room and are for illustration; colours can look slightly different on screen.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and may have their own conditions.

4. Delivery and collection

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery and collection details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to you or collected.

5. Your right to cancel and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our Refund Policy. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

6. Faulty goods

Your goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they're not, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Please follow the safety instructions supplied with pre-lit trees, which are for indoor use only.

8. Use of the website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Its content, including text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This store is hosted by Shopify, which processes some information on our behalf.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in place when you placed it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live elsewhere in the UK.
